1. Introduction

• You have not previously had an fg6 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an fg6 employee.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

fg6 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fg6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

fg6's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit fg6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence or fraud.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fg6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
